BTEC strives to provide the highest quality air quality
consulting and testing services and can provide these services in a
cost-effective and timely manner. Currently, BTEC’s consulting and testing
services team consists of several air quality professionals with significant air
quality consulting and testing experience and several sampling technicians with
lesser experience as follows:
Barry P. Boulianne has more than
17 years of professional experience in air quality consulting and has managed
hundreds of air pollutant emissions test projects for a wide variety of
industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. He has extensive
experience in testing emissions units at automotive assembly, foundry, and
miscellaneous manufacturing plants. In addition to his emissions testing
expertise, Mr. Boulianne has noteworthy experience in the areas of emissions
control equipment monitoring, regulatory compliance analysis, and air quality
permitting.
Randal J. Tysar has more than 13
years of experience providing air quality consulting services. He has managed
numerous air quality permitting and testing projects and has extensive
experience in the areas of new source review permitting, Title V permitting,
compliance assistance, emissions test plan and report development and field
emissions sampling. Mr. Tysar also has significant experience in the areas of
emission rate estimations, regulatory analysis, and control equipment
feasibility analyses.
Todd Wessel has over 20 years of experience
in the environmental field and has managed several hundred stationary source
tests. He has worked with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Michigan
Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), California Air Resources Board (CARB),
and various state and local air quality agencies. As a senior Project Manager
at BTEC Inc., Mr. Wessel directs all aspects of environmental source testing,
pre-site inspections, permit review with determination of the testing
requirements and methodology, test team supervision, on-site project scheduling,
personnel deployment and report generation.
James K.
Sharp is a project manager with 6 years of air testing experience. His
responsibilities as a project manager include stack sampling, data reduction and
analysis, report generation and client relations. He has managed and performed
testing programs at automobile assembly and paint facilities, iron and steel
plants, aluminum casting plants, foundries, fossil fuel-fired steam and/or
electric generation plants.
Thomas J. Snyder
is a project manager
with 4 years of air testing experience.
His responsibilities as
a project manager include stack sampling, data reduction and analysis, report
generation and client relations.
Brandon Chase has 3 years
of experience as an environmental engineer. His responsibilities as an
environmental engineer include stack sampling, data reduction and analysis,
report generation, and test plan preparation. He is also responsible for
managing BTEC's laboratory where we perform our own gravimetric analysis of
stack samples.
Jeffery Peitzsch has 3
years of experience as an environmental engineer. His responsibilities as an
environmental engineer include stack sampling and equipment maintenance and
calibration.
Matthew Smith has 2 years
of experience as an environmental technician and has assisted in completion of
emissions test fieldwork on over fifty emissions test programs.
Matthew Young has 2 years
of experience as an environmental technician and has assisted in completion of
emissions test fieldwork on over fifty emissions test programs.
William L. Martin has more than 3
years of experience as an air emissions test technician and has assisted in
completion of emissions test fieldwork on over twenty emissions test programs. In addition,
Mr. Martin has assisted in the preparation of emissions test plans and test
reports and has assisted in performing required laboratory analyses.
